Master the management of outing books, vehicle checklists, and the execution of fire and elopement drills. Implement strategies for addressing incidents, accidents, emergency preparedness, and resident falls.
• Survey Readiness Training Prepare thoroughly for the EOEA survey process by creating and maintaining an EOEA Survey Ready Binder. Ensure all required forms are up-to-date and meet regulatory standards. Develop organizational skills and strategies for effective preparation before the survey. Review common past deficiencies and learn how to avoid them to maintain compliance and ensure a successful survey outcome.
